Scaling changes ingredient amounts, not equipment capacity or the instructions. Brew espresso shots separately; batch only within your equipment’s limits.

Ingredients

  • 36 g double espresso
  • 150 ml cold milk or plant-based alternative
  • 120 g ice cubes

How to make it

  1. Fill a sturdy glass with the ice.
  2. Add the cold milk.
  3. Brew the espresso into a separate heat-safe cup.
  4. Pour the espresso over the milk and ice, stir, and drink promptly.
A note for your next cup

Add syrup only if you want it. Fresh espresso melts some ice; larger cubes usually slow dilution.

An original home adaptation, not independently kitchen-tested. Drink names, sizes, and proportions vary between cafés. The illustration shows ingredients schematically, not exact measured layers.
