Scaling changes ingredient amounts, not equipment capacity or the instructions. Brew espresso shots separately; batch only within your equipment’s limits.

Ingredients

  • 36 g double espresso
  • 15 ml chocolate syrup
  • 150 ml milk

How to make it

  1. Put the chocolate syrup in a warmed mug.
  2. Brew the espresso and stir it into the chocolate until evenly mixed.
  3. Warm and froth or steam the milk.
  4. Pour the milk into the chocolate-coffee mixture and stir gently.
A note for your next cup

Use less syrup for a more coffee-forward cup. Syrups differ in sweetness, so taste before adding more.
